The interviewers are nice. Different staff called me several times. I think they like that you don't just answer professionally but realistic. I think they are desperate to find new employee this season since they will still consider applicants who failed the test and they will encourage them to take the test again. Remember that there is an initial interview, final interview, and mock call.

I had a good experience interviewing for this position. It had more parts, first I had to do online assessment where I was tested on my technical and language skills. Then I had a short interview where I introduced myself and presented how I act in certain situations.
Group Interview. Simple questions, simple process. They are prompt guide in to complete all paperwork in one setting, after you accept the offer. A con is that they don't fully describe the role in depth.
one-day process but took hours. walk-in applicant. went there around lunch and finished by evening already. I had 3 interviews in total, one of that is typing test. business casual attire is okay.
