The recruitment process is quite disappointing as there is no transparency regarding salary package.
Experienced Candidates are offered very low salary.
Even Ex Employees are not offered higher salary packages

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and fast. It will just take within a day for you to get hired. I highly recommend to all applicants who wants to work in the BPO industry. The next day will be your pre medical examination and your job offer.
There is No technical Questions. Most of the questions are situation based Questions and some common Questions. Difficulty level is easy. For this role mainly Focus on your communication skills.

Entretien
1st and 2nd Round. They both have a long idle waiting time. I came at 11pm, 1st round was at around 2-2:30pm and then nd round was 6pm. They announced the result around 7-7:30pm.
Obviously there were a lot of people so it does take time, Though it felt like I did a full office hour for even before getting started.
