They first do a sourcing call and invite you to the interview and offer you what they have avaiablable they do have differente clients so they have different offers you can sing contract that same day and if the are in a rush also start that same day.

The interviewer is so accomodating to help us and to help us grow and develop in this professional industry. At first I expecy it would be that hard but along the way everything is under control
