Entretien
1st is to submit a hard copy of your resume to the guard on duty and the will let you wait at their lounge once the HR officer is ready. Wait until the guard calls your name and tell you to go to the HR office. You will be asked some questions about your idea of being a customer service representative or whatever you're applying, if you stutter they will not endorse you for online application. So once you pass the 1st interview, next is to fill out an online application form. Afterwards there will be an exam, so easy it's multiple choice just listen carefully. Next is typing exam, it is important that you're typing the words correctly. If you pass the exam you will be interviewed by one of the HR officers. You will be asked to come back for final interview with product supervisor if you passed the HR interview.

Give 3 historical figures wherein you can relate your self.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
