I was approached by a company director who was familiar with my clients and they effectively asked if I would consider joining the company.
It says I need to write a minimum of 30 words about the interview process but it really was very simple as I was working for a competitor they were aware of who I was and how I performed.

Question 1
There were no technical questions per se, as we were all aware of our markets and joint clients it was more a case of hearing about what they could offer and what I could bring to the table. We hashed out remuneration and we had a verbal agreement the same day.
