J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez TPP
Entretien
Very similar to previous reviews, I had an initial phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. This was conducted by two members of staff who were professional but made me feel fairly at ease. Most questions were to be expected/based on CV and experience, followed by logic questions.
On reflection, I think they are looking for confident, direct, sure of themselves candidates. I would advise being concise and to the point in your answers, and confident in what you say, even when challenged.

the application process wasn't too hard and was a quick process from applying for the role, to doing the test, to the 'assessment day'. although at the assessment day, there wasnt much interaction. you get shown to a desk, the tests lasts 1 hour. and then someone goes and marks the tests straight away, whilst you're still sat at your desk. on my day, those that failed were taken back out to reception where we were given our expenses back. only 1 out of the 4 of us got through to the interview stage.

Question 1
at the 'assessment day' you do more verbal/logic reasoning tests.
you dont get told what the pass rate is or how many you got right/wrong.

Firstly I had an unexpected telephone interview a few days after sending in my application and was then invited to a face-to-face interview. Interviewers seemed very inexperienced and the whole interview seemed to be pretty pointless. Overall the experience was not as awful as some of the comments on here suggest but it wasn't the most pleasant experience either.
