I first had a phone screen with an HR rep, who was engaging and asked simple behavioral questions and general introductory inquiries. I did have trouble with getting a follow up due to the HR rep departing the company during the time I was interviewing.

Tell me a time you lead a team and what was the outcome.
Difficult as the interview didnt match the job listing at all she spoke of a part time internship that would mostly take place on sundays while the listing was for a pull time intership mid week, the interviewer was robotic and didn't understand the position.
