Phone call with a corporate recruiter and then a video call with the recruiting manager. It is less of a relationship role and more of hitting the phones, very metrics-focused.

You’re put through multiple interviews. Process moves extremely slow. You meet with the recruiter, branch manager, developer, then the branch manager wants to meet again in person this time, and then they want you to come into the the office for a meet and greet with the two other employees who work there only for you to be interviewed by them. Nice people but that many interviews for 50k is a hard no!

Entretien
It's just a typical interview. Nothing to stress about. They just went over job history and general questions. Experience is liked but not needed because they'll train you on their system which is still in the works. Mention your experience using Indeed, LinkedIn and the likes if you want to stand out a bit. Let your personality drive the conversation as personality is what they're looking for.
