The interview process consisted of three stages. The first was an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Partner which was very friendly, structured, and gave a clear overview of the role and company.
The second stage was a more in-depth discussion with the Managing Director. This conversation focused more on my experience, approach to sales, and how I could fit within the company’s vision and goals.
The final stage was an in-person assessment day at the office. I was invited to prepare a presentation based on case studies, and it was a very engaging and well-organised experience. I was also invited to join the team for lunch, which made the day feel very welcoming and gave me a great sense of the company culture.
Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and very positive, with a strong emphasis on both skills and cultural fit.
