I applied for a role and went through the full interview process, including taking time off and paying out of pocket to visit the office and meet the team. After all that, I was informed — with no prior communication — that the role was being downgraded to a part-time administrative position. It was a disappointing experience and a waste of everyone’s time. The lack of transparency and respect for candidates’ time and resources was incredibly unprofessional.
