The managers were polite and nice and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate deal with their work back in school and in the previous jobs.
In total two phases, after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.
really quick to schedule first round of interview, which was in person. second round was online with HR, and it took a bit of time to schedule. it took quite a bit of time to get an offer letter.
