The role defined by recruiter vs what the interviewer explained was entirely different. The interviewer was not very open or helping and seemed to have a bad day at work

Third party recruiter set up the interview. There was just one round of interview . They were looking for leadership experience . Though I told before hand , I didn’t have Leadership experience , they asked me to attend only to be rejected

HR called and scheduled interview. Requested odd hours timings.
When denied literally begged for scheduling discussion.
When agreed rescheduled it multiple times without discussion.
When finally two discussion happened and after positive feedback from both salary discussion.
Hr stopped answering calls.
Salary was noted upfront did not ask more than what informed prior discussion.
Stay away from tsys worst hr folks specially HR bharti.
