Applied online via LinkedIn and received an email from Senior Talent Partner inviting me to an interview. After our call he said he’d prepare my details and pass them to the Director for a formal interview - 2 days later I received an automated response saying I was unsuccessful. He never responded to my emails, and went cold. Was completely unprofessional!
