Overall interview process was good. it was a walkin interview.it consists of total 5 rounds namely, essay round, English reading comprehension/Aptitude round, typing test, E-commerce awareness test, HR round. Each round has its own importance. All rounds are elimination rounds.First round that is essay round, is common for all candidates and is of major importance and eliminates about 50-60% of total candidates appearing for interview and is also the decider of what profile you will be assigned. After that, the remaining candidates have a nice and soft conversation with the HR team member about their assigned profile, work responsiblity, salary norms etc.. .The PROCESS I AM DESCRIBING NEXT IS FOR" FRAUD ANALYST "
JOB PROFILE. EACH PROFILE HAS ITS OWN SET OF INTERVIEW PROCESS. Candidates will be given their aptitude sheet and also their is no specific time frame for any of the round except the typing test round. In aptitude sheet, you will find printout of emails and letters regarding various issues of customers. After comprehending that ,you will have to answer the questions by ticking on the right choice from multiple options.After clearing aptitude round, you will be given a laptop and type a paragraph on the screen at the rate of 23-25 wpm with 95% accuracy minimum. Then there comes the e-commerce awareness test where you will be assigned with instructions processes and you have to find answer of questions through surfing in online sites. I had been given with ebay and amazon questions mainly. Then there comes the final HR round which can last around 30-50 minutes and consists of general hr round questions. After getting selected you will be given with offer letter , best wishes, travelling reimbursement, company policies and all other necessary information.
