Was sent an email to join a presentation in a zoom room. It was a group interview/presentation that consisted of about 17 other candidates and lasted about an hour. The recruiter went over a brief overview of the company and the position after which each of us was briefly asked to speak about our customer service experiences and the hours we are available to work. Overall very informal and relaxed. After the presentation, we were told that each of us would be contacted by phone to discuss the open positions that were available and would be a good fit for us.

A group interview split into different rooms to ask general behavioral questions related to the job. They then had everyone pick a schedule that best fits their needs and offer letter was sent shortly afterwards
