A really quick, painless process that consisted of a quick phone call to get an idea of your work history, skills, and desired position, a skills test, a computer/technical specifications test, and a presentation talking about and outlining the particular project you'll be apart of and the objectives of the position.

It went well. Fast process, good communication, polite interviewer. Done over a call, and was sufficient. I recommend giving it a try if you get the opportunity. I liked it.

4) Chat Round
5) Operation Round
One should prepare well for the Chat Round because this round is the one where you get rejected.
