It is terribly long! Applied for the job and immediately get an email for an assessment. The assessment was 30 minutes long with questions about how you would handle different situations, and the last section was about reading different articles and answering questions to see if you can remember what you read. I got an email to schedule an interview after passing the assessment. Scheduling an interview is ridiculous because they have no time slots so you have to keep checking back everyday to hopefully stumble upon a time. After finally getting a time, I go to the virtual interview where they check your ID and show you an extremely long boring slideshow about the job and how you have to be fully Available and basically have no life while working here. Don’t even think about getting sick or anything during training or you will be fired. On top of that they said the pay is only $15 an hour. They want you to do all that for that little money. After the long slideshow they took us all in a breakout room and asked us a few questions such as “what did you do when you didn’t know something?” “Why do you want to work here?” Then they said they’ll let you know about the job soon, only to send you an email saying you don’t have enough experience even though you’ve worked customer service your entire adult life. Seriously, skip this company they are a big waste of time.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
