There are 3 phases of interview. Supervisor-manager-director. Asked about your self and experiences, what can you contribute, some technical questions, career plans, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
Lots of emails, did not result in an official interview as the salary range was well below the average so I decided to no longer pursue this role. If they posted the salary range on the job posting, this would have save us both lots of time.
It’s easy 3 rounds interview starting with assessment round. If you clear the assessment,the second will be HR round with basic questions regarding your position and after that the final round is Manger round which is detailed summary for you and your employer

Interview is pretty much a group briefing on your job title and pay. Lasts about 1 hour and then you will break off into smaller groups to be asked a few interview questions.
