Met with the head structural engineer, then one of the senior engineers, then the director of operations. Head structures guy spent most of the time discussing the company and what is expected of new hires.

In first screening call I was asked to introduce myself and what's my expectations from company. Interview was scheduled after that. And I was asked to elaborate my education, past experiences and future goals.
