It was a long and complex process, with more than 6 steps. We speak with a lot of people from different teams so they can analyse if we fit the culture.

Spoke to HR manager, who was asked not only if a know the company, but what expectations do I know about it, referring to specific products I assume.
I was also surprised to receive a comment like “why do you want to switch the job markets and ..you do not have relevant experience ”, given that I have 15+ in adv and marketing and only 2 years in travel…well, h why do you assume people will learn all your products by heart and not expect the same from your side?! And no follow up, of corse.
Btw I know that they are hiring by reference mostly, so do not bother…

Long but gives both parties the chance to ensure they're a good fit. You'll meet different stakeholders, from recruitment team all the way to the global director. Worth it once you get the offer

Contact was made via LinkedIn and then an interview was arranged with someone from HR.
The interview was quite pleasant, although not much could be said in response to more in-depth questions about the position and expectations.
Unfortunately, however, there was no contact at all afterwards. No feedback from Taboola for two months. In the meantime, I was able to find out myself that my contact person had changed companies shortly after the interview, so that my enquiry mail probably did not arrive directly. But the contact person on LinkedIn did not respond to my enquiry either. If it doesn't fit, that's okay. But a company that places a lot of value on corporate culture but doesn't master this „ABC" unfortunately doesn't make a good impression.
