I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter. After the initial call, I had two in-person interviews with different members of the team. I felt well informed throughout the whole process. The first interview was more testing and asked me more about my previous experience and roles. The second was more informal but still asked some challenging questions. It was evident in both that personal progression and ensuring maximum growth was key to Tailify's culture, and something which I resonated with. The team were warm and friendly and all of the people that I interviewed were passionate about the work that they did.
