Extremely unprofessional. Several recruiters sent me emails about contractor openings. For one of them I replied in 15 minutes indicating my interest in applying. Then I got ghosted for the entire week, not knowing whether my resume was submitted to the hiring manager. I had to call her to follow up, and she replied that she was on leave. I got ghosted by her and other recruiters ever since.
