I had an initial interview with the team lead, which was a low pressure introduction and a way to work through my employment experience. I was then sent a tech test to complete over the weekend. Having spent quite a few hours on the full stack tech test I was extremely disappointed to be ghosted by the company. I had to send two emails requesting feedback (at week 2 and 3) before I was sent a copy cutter response with absolutely no feedback on my submission. I felt convinced that Tails had the sort of culture I wanted to join but I think it is very poor to be so disrespectful to candidates who have to invest so much time to apply.
