The interview process was a little disconnected. The process wasn't very laid out.

I had three different calls with three different people. Overall, it was a typical interview and the people were very nice. This was my first interview in awhile and was certainly rusty which probably led to my rejection but I’m glad I didn’t get an offer, it just wasn’t the right fit for me. I will say I felt like the whole process of getting an interview scheduled was a bit of disaster with the multiple emails being sent including wrong dates and times. I would select a date and then it wasn’t available, I also think my name was spelled wrong a few times. Just minor details that can build up to a frustrating experience. I also had to do a lot of follow up to hear anything back. I know it’s the norm now but surely a rejection email can’t be that hard to send?
