I have been contacted by one of their recruiters with the above referenced role. After discussing my current situation we have agreed to proceed with the application. After a few days the recruiter has informed me that I have been dhortlisted for an interview with the hiring manager. One day prior to the interview it turned out that it will be a panel interview with 3 people and I have to prepare a 10 minutes presentation about a given topic. At the interview (virtual) it turned out that there will be 4 interviewers. I was expecting feedback after 1-2 weeks but the recruiter ghosted. I have never experienced this before, extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend this agency!
