I had an introductory interview with Heather and it was very informative and pleasant. I got a really good feel for this company. They were not rushed at all and did not pressure me in any way!

Very brief and friendly. Asked friendly questions but basically did not feel like I was being screened at all. The psychiatrists I met were great clinicians and friendly. I felt at home with recruiters.

Recruiter call, then two interviews, one with a psychiatrist and one with the region supervisor. First one was casual, low pressure. Second asked more "interview"/scenario type questions. Then requested references. Offer about a week after that.
