Interview process went really well. They offered me the role, until they *Ghosted* me. Super unprofessional, and I had multiple conversations with them, got to know them, and they said to reach out whenever and take all the time in the world to look over the compensation package. Then, they ghosted me and didn't return my voicemails or follow up emails. Please stay away if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, even in the interview process. I think the main reason was that I value work/life balance, and it seems like taking time off is less of a priority for them, as your accruals take awhile to get enough time off. They didn't give the decency of letting me know a reason, that they went a different direction because of me or whether it was a company decision. Truly, I don't mind if it was me, but overall they seemed to like me and display that. It would have been extremely easy for them to pick up the phone and give me 1-2 minutes of their time to explain, but they didn't. I just don't recommend working for them if they are going to treat a future employee this way, unfortunately.
