Multiple rounds, quick decision. HR didn't seem to be involved in decision at all mostly individual managers were decision makers. Process didn't seem very structured and was on whim on manager. Mine was good so process was smooth and quick, but might not be true for all roles. However understand basic salary range as they tend to pay little so don't waste your and their time.
