When I arrived on site, I had a conference room set up for me with a welcome letter and some swag. Each of my interviewers took a conversational tone with me and I felt the process was very much a two way street. I feel that this company cares not only about relevant technical skills, but also about your own personal working style and values. They are very much interested in curating a positive work environment and hire to meet that goal.
