Entretien
Several interviews during the process. First was a recruiter with general HR / fit type questions. Second was a manager and another TAM. They decided I was not a fit for that group but referred me to another group. Then I interviewed with another TAM manager. That was semi technical and situational questions. Next came a demo of the product from another TAM. Up until now so far so good. Everyone was personable and professional.
The final phase was a "tech panel". Rather uncomfortable situation as it seemed of the 3 individuals only one was really engaged and had any personality. The other 2 were asking questions that were kind of odd. One guy seemed rather angry and had made up his mind before the interview began. Tech panel was a little over an hour and questions that were not necessarily relevant to my experience. They seemed like rehearsed questions looking for a specific answer.
Overall a waste of about 4 hours. They seemed to take pride in rejecting most candidates. Seems like they probably miss out on a lot of good people because of poor interviewing skills.
