Interview process included an initial phone screen by an Internal Recruiter, discussion with the potential hiring Manager, demo of the software from a potential peer, homework assignment using the software, a 4 person technical panel, and a 1:1 discussion with the leader of the TAM organization. Finally, a trip to the HQ and 4 more interviews, culminating with a 1:1 discussion with the Chairman of the Board.

Have a 75 minute interview with a technical panel consisting of three technical account managers. Additional time before the interview of 30 minutes to see a Tanium product demo. The interview will have several rounds of questions as well as a practical knowledge section.

Conversational tone creates ample opportunity for mutual evaluation at each stage. Recruiting staff are very helpful in preparing for the *very* thorough process - leverage them!
