Standard HR screening, no questions about my experience, just pitched about how great the company is. 30 minutes with the hiring manager, 60 minute technical interview, then a panel. The recruiter actually did not contact me after the technical interview, I reached out to see what the status was after a week or 2. She told me it went great and I needed to prep for my presentation. You are to create a presentation on a new idea for their products, then present it to a panel. You are assigned a buddy to help you with the process. I spent a significant amount of time preparing for my panel, only to be completely ghosted by the recruiter/company. The presentation was not scheduled and the recruiter did not respond to my follow up asking when it will be scheduled. Actual interviews were super easy, the presentation is pretty ridiculous (i.e. invest your time/effort for a shot at a job with only a very high level view of what they are seeking... a little demoralizing and they haven't figured out what they are doing yet because the other places that have this practice offer a template or prescriptive guidance as to what they are seeking).
