I'm sorry you feel I wasted your time. That is never my intention. The recruiter phone screen is a 30-minute call that gives me time to learn about you and your goals, as well as share information about Tapad and the opportunity. I understand everyone has different preferences, and not everyone enjoys these recruiter phone screens, but I believe it's all part of the discovery process for both the candidate and the employer.
As for the two-week delay, due to the holiday season, things can take a little longer than expected. But, I do apologize; I will do better in the future.
