First round was a pretty standard 30-45min phone call asking me to walk them through my resume then a few general questions about my understanding of the organization. They told me the next round was an hour long Zoom, then a group call with members of the team, then a challenge exercise.

The interview was conducted over the phone in a friendly and conversational manner. It provided a comfortable space to share my past experience, motivation, and ask questions about the project.

Entretien
I applied for the associate consultant position online in January, got an email back in March for the initial round of interviews. Second round followed 10 days after the first round. Didn't make it to third round which would have consisted of a case study presentation. Two weeks after the second round, they notified me saying they've chosen another candidate.
