The interview took place online through a website with pre-written questions. You read through the questions, get a chance to practice, and then you record yourself answering the question as if you were being asked in a normal interview. It submits the video (I believe after two attempts) and then you wait to hear back from the company, It was quite different compared to any other interview I've done in the past but it had its benefits as well.

Fairly simple and straightforward process. Target used to run their systems differently where you could put in one application and send it to multiple stores; now you can select a specific store and send one application at a time. After applying, it took maybe a week for them to get back to me. I scheduled my interview online which was great as it allowed me to see the different dates and times available. Going into the interview, I met at guest services first and they were super helpful. The HR in the office seemed disorganized and made me think they lost my paperwork, but they eventually found it. I met with a Team Leader and she asked me a few questions and told me she was super confident that I would be offered a position. I was told that the position was seasonal, but the online application did not say that, but I accepted the offer anyways. The Team Leader was very relaxed and felt very comfortable to be around, which was great! It was a mixture of questions pertaining to who you are and some scenario questions. After the interview, I received an offer via email.
