I had a phone screen with a recruiter and 2 phone "interviews". They seemed to be more concerned about me having any questions than them actually asking any relevant to the job. 1) The recruiter basically read a script to me and so did one of the interviewers. I guess they prefer to use speaker phones since they were difficult to understand at times. 2) The first phone interview was like any other phone interview, except they only asked a couple of technical questions, none of them really related to InfoSec. The beasf 2.5) Recruiter called and wanted to set up another phone interview. I was asked to provide feedback about the phone interview. (I think that was inappropriate). 3) The second phone interview was weird. The interviewer basically my resume to me and didn't ask me any technical questions. 4) Recruiter called. I was asked to provide feedback about the phone interview again. (I still thought that was inappropriate). And then I was told I was cut.

The entire process was well-coordinated, with clear communication from start to finish. I appreciated the focus on both technical capabilities and cultural fit, ensuring that candidates aligned with the team’s mission and values.
