Entretien
For this process there is a total of four interviews. The first two are each with two salaried executives from the store that are normally done in the same day. One will ask the questions from the interview packet and the other will write down the answers and possibly ask other questions related to, but not in, the packet. They are pretty standard situational questions that are more focused on leadership.
After you pass those two interviews you are then scheduled to interview with the Store Team Lead (store manager). This interview has similar questions to the first two interviews. The difference with this interview though is that this one is one on one.
After you pass that interview you move on to the District Team Lead (District Manager). For me this was a phone interview due to his availability but was told that it could have been in person as well. This interview is a little less structured because he asked a few questions similar to before but added a few general questions as well in an attempt to get to know you a little better. The questions can be about what you like to do in your freetime and stuff like that.
After all the phone interview I found out later that day that I had passed and I accepted the offer to become a Guest Service Team Lead.

Three interviews process. Fist with an exec in the store you apply, then a store team leader. Provided you progress pass those interviews you have a third interview with a store team leader from another store.

Entretien
Process consists of 3 interviews. I had 2 back to back one day and then another one a few days later. First two were with one of the other team leads and then the Executive Team Lead. The last one was with the Store Director.
The interviews consisted of mostly "Tell me a about a time...". The interviewers were very friendly and enthusiastic. I feel it really said a lot about the work place culture at Target and how much they enjoyed working there.
The questions aren't that difficult and the interviews are about 20-30 mins. Be sure to come prepared to discuss examples of times when you had to manage situations with customers or team members. Do that and bring a lot of enthusiasm to the interview and you'll do well!

Phone interview after my initial application was submitted about one month previous. First in-person interview with my Executive Team Leader. Second interview with Store Team Leader. Called and offered the job about 3 days later.
