Entretien
It is a SBO interview with high attention on Impact/Effort/Scope. They lasted 30 minutes and I had 3 interviews with leaders. About 3-4 questions were asked and then it was a lot of rapport building and Q/A.

Tell me about a time that you dealt with conflict? that you led a team? that you solved a problem?
It was not too difficult. The HR team kept me updated about the progress. The interviewers were good and the questions meaningful. The role and expectations were set very clearly and upfront.
I had 3 rounds in total with the company. First the human resource talent acquisition partner called to.inquire about my availability. Then they scheduled an interview with one of the employees of Target.

Extremely quick and smooth process. Interviewers were very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Starting from the recruiter to the panel members the entire process was very satisfying. A total of 4 rounds of interview happened for my role.
