It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

They asked common interview questions about why you want to work there, if you're right for the job etc. I went through 3 interviews in the span of an hour or so and was given a few days to get drug tested, although Target no longer does drug tests. After that, I was called about a week or so later and started working.

Describe a situation where you had go above and beyond.
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
