Waited 45 mins to get called in, interview lasted 8 mins or so. The whole time the interviewer just wrote down every thing I said and it didn't look up not once.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
