Received interview after visiting the Target booth at a Career Fair. Interviewed the following with two employees. Asked basic situational questions that they wanted you to answer using the STAR method. Got a second interview which was a phone interview due to meetings. Similar to the first interview.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

I had an on-campus interview. They asked to expand upon my resume and then followed into some behavioral questions. Got asked back for a second interview at the district headquarters, which also consisted of behavioral questions,
