Applied then called the next morning to come in in 2 days for an interview, came in had a simple interview with the ESTL, then he told me to come back the next day for a 2nd interview. This one was with the Electronics Team Lead who interviewed me about tech and informed me of my duties then took me to the sales floor and chose a TV and had me "sell" it to her. After she approved, I had a quick follow up interview with the assistant manager.

Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.

It was a fairly standard interview process, where they asked you questions about yourself. They also gauged how much you knew about tech, since you would be aiding people buying electronic devices.
