J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target
Entretien
I applied online on a Friday and was contacted via email on the Monday to set up a phone interview for later that week. The phone interview was just an initial screening with more information about the job (though if you've done your research properly, none of the information should be news), but still with 1 or 2 'real' interview questions. At the end of that screening, I was notified that they would set me up with another phone interview either the next day or the day after - I opted for the day after (they were very accommodating through the whole process). This one was similar to the first call with a couple more situational questions. I was told that they would contact me in about a week if I were to advance to the in-person day of interviews, but the recruiter thought I would be a great fit so not to worry. I received a phone call a day or two later inviting me to a half-day interview session in Mississauga. You had the option of picking either morning or afternoon. Prior to the day of interviews, there was an online assessment to complete that has a variety of math, logic and general skill and problem-solving questions. It doesn't take long to complete. During this half-day you have several interviews with recruiters and various senior store management, as well as an info session and a couple informal meet and greets with current Target employees in 1 on 3 situations. This was one of the best interview experiences I have ever had at a company. Everything flowed so smoothly. There were about 50 people at this half-day interview session (keep in mind that there are more than 4 of these, so a LOT of people make it to this final step) and they told us that within 2-3 weeks they would contact us either way. I was contacted in just over a week and offered the position!

Question 1
If you are serious about the company, go through all of the questions people are posting on this site - they are incredibly helpful! I made a word document of at least 30 of them and prepared answers for everything. It's incredibly helpful - you don't want to have a rehearsed answer, you just need to have a scenario in mind for when they ask you each question.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
