I submitted my resume to Target's representative at our university's Career Fair. I was contacted about a week later to do an on-campus interview which was about 20-30 minutes of standard behavioral questions, along with some information about how the Technology Development Program worked. The e-mail sent to me explicitly stated that I would "hear back from [Target] quickly. No matter which way we proceed. You’ll always hear from us 2-3 weeks after you interview." It's been 5 weeks now, going on 6, and I haven't heard anything, despite following up.
