I got an interview through a friend. The first two interviews were on the phone, then I was invited in for a full day group interview. The day consisted of hearing testimonies from others who are already in that position and then breaking off for one-on-one interviews.

Networked at a career fair and then landed a half hour in-person interview for the following day. The interview asked 4-5 situational questions that give them an idea of your personality and problem-solving skills. Overall, the interview is very structured but not high-intensity. If you do well at the interview, they then give you an online deductive reasoning and situational response exam.
