Phone screen - basic STAR questions
Final round onsite interview - Full day affair, two ~45 minute interviews, difficulty completely dependent on the interviewer. My first interviewer asked me to design a class to fit a specification and include a few methods to do various things. My second interviewer asked me questions that no entry level software engineer would know. Things like maximizing uptime of an API using backup servers, how specific web browsers interact with HTML and their requirements, etc.

It started with a on-campus behavioral interview. This was followed by an online coding challenge that was 7 or 8 questions long. Finally, there was an on-site interview in Minneapolis with two half hour behavioral interviews. The interviews were with team managers, and they told me that the content depends a lot on the particular interviewer. Generally they don't have technical interviews unless they are uncertain in your skills.
