Entretien
Met with hiring manager, she seemed to have forgotten about my interview (bad impression off the bat). The first interview was quick and simple. Then the hiring manger told me she liked me a lot and wanted to proceed forward with a second interview that same day. She took me back to the break room. I was then told that she was going to ask the stocking manager to interview me next. I remember waiting in the break room for 10 minutes while the hiring manager went to go retrieve the stocking manager. The hiring manager returns and tells me the stocking manager received a huge shipment and will have to reschedule for a different day. Well, I waited and never got a call. Was really disappointed and showed how unprofessional they are. I still enjoy target, but won't work there.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
