A really pleasurable experience for all, and I would say that even if I didn't get the job. The recruiter that I worked with sent me interview prep guides before the 2 interviews I did, and these resources are really great. If going in for a Target interview, they will ask you 4 questions, one about your experience and then one each for their 3 values (inclusivity, connection, drive). Learn these inside-out and have some scenarios ready for each of them. The people I met with were so kind and helpful, told me at the very beginning that the interview is casual, don't get too anxious, "we've all been here before."

The interview process was great! Target gives you preparation for the interview on the website. You can look at what to expect and prepare before the interview happens. It really helps you think back on your experience and be able to relay that to the interviewer and team.
