Found the job opening on this website, the link sent me to targets career page and filled out an application there. A few days later I received a call for an interview the next day.

Pretty simple they just ask you some questions about yourself and what you would do in certain situations. They also ask you how often youre willing to work which is very important.
I got a call from target that I wasn't able to take due to being in a meeting with my child's school teacher. I called back 15 minutes later and was told that they wanted to schedule and interview and to leave my name and number and I'll hear back. A few days later I received an email saying they couldn't offer me a job. I'm not even upset because I wouldn't want to work for a company that leads people on.
