Contacted via recruiter on LinkedIn. Talked with her twice, both times were basic questions following STAR format. She set up initial on site interview for the following week. I arrived early for the interview and the security guard told me there were no interviews scheduled for that day. I reassured him that there were indeed interviews and I was there for one. After he sorted things out I waited for twenty minutes for an HR representative. She escorted myself and one other applicant through the warehouse on a tour. She then brought us to an office area and had us wait for our interviews. There were three separate interviews. Each with two people. The first was with the engineering / automation team. The second with the logistics side and the third with inbound/outbound. All interviewers were very friendly and the interview was again STAR based.

Recruiter reached out to me my background matches what they were seeking for positions needing to be filled. Spoke with them over the next few days. When presenting yourself, make sure your specific to your background with relevant experience that they're looking forward. It was a positive experience and would complete again.
Questions asked were based on the STAR method. Again, make sure you have specific situations regarding that task or objective that you've completed and what the outcome was.

Just finished first interview. It was on the phone. The interviewer was very supportive. I feel comfortable with doing the second on the phone interview with her. I was not intimidated.

Entretien
So far, I've only interviewed. I was emailed within minutes by a REAL human resources representative after applying for the position. A phone interview was scheduled at my convenience. The phone interview lasted 24 minutes. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told when I would receive a response from the company. Overall, I have a lot of respect the Target hiring process. Using real people alleviates the stress of waiting weeks for an automated response
